He is a Corporate Development, Innovation, Strategy and Corporate Venture leader who has driven disruptive innovation and aggressive growth/expansion at global technology, information services and professional services companies including Deloitte, LexisNexis Group, IRI, GE Capital and VeriSign. Michael has extensive experience supporting integration of acquired businesses and operational improvement and scaling of existing business units. Michael has served as a growth operator in CFO/COO and GM roles for high growth technology businesses and units as well as leading a portfolio operations team that builds operating capabilities in portfolio businesses including product development and management, pricing, sales and sales enablement, marketing and back-office operations. Michael is also a frequent speaker and the author of three books on M&A and dealmaking.
