10EQS conducted 17 in-depth interviews with senior professionals across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Sales, Marketing, etc., functions at leading retail companies to validate data inputs, ensure consistency in definitions, and provide context on best practices.
10EQS delivered a benchmark dataset covering 10+ corporate and commercial functions across retail peers. 10EQS identified significant variations in cost and workforce allocation, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital. We equipped the client with fact-based insights to support strategic decisions around resourcing, cost allocation, and future operating model design.
