The objective was to gain insights into the commercial, manufacturing and strategic functions of four potential targets in the mid-sized ready-to-drink market.
For each of the target organizations, 10EQS assessed the current operational setup in the US and its sales capabilities. 10EQS further explored aspects such as new product innovations, supply chain, production, and distribution, as well as the company’s challenges and opportunities.
