Our client wanted to explore how the future of knowledge work is being redefined by the rapid acceleration of AI capabilities, to support a thought leadership initiative.
The objective was to assess emerging opportunities, risks, and human-AI dynamics from the perspectives of AI researchers, media experts, psychologists, senior executives, and thought leadership stakeholders
10EQS conducted interviews with senior executives of organizations across industries to assess their perspectives on the evolving role of AI in work, media, and human well-being, exploring insights from AI researchers, media experts, and psychologists on future capabilities and limitations of AI, its influence on information consumption and workplace dynamics, and the broader psychological impacts of AI adoption.
10EQS found that AI is rapidly transforming knowledge work by automating routine tasks and enabling new forms of human-AI collaboration. Success will depend on balancing productivity gains with trust, ethics, and evolving workforce skills. Domain expertise, institutional knowledge, relationship building, and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations are becoming premium skills that AI cannot easily replicate.
