Our client was looking to gain customer insights for their Fintech vertical in the US as part of their growth agenda.
The objective was to better understand 1) Fintech priorities and needs, 2) Fintech partner preferences and 3) the competitive landscape within both professional services and Fintech.
10EQS conducted 15 interviews with current Fintech customers to assess their priorities, challenges, needs, and capabilities, as well as partner preferences and decision-making. 10EQS further assessed Fintech's’ perception of professional services firms and the overall competitive landscape.
The insights helped the client to better understand their customers’ perspective within the Fintech vertical. 10EQS provided strategic recommendations on the client’s market strategy and service offering to successfully position themselves against their competition.
