10EQS applied a mixed-method research approach, combining 10 expert interviews with targeted secondary research to analyze the Saudi dairy industry and define strategic implications for the client. The study explored the competitive landscape, assessed current and emerging business models, and evaluated strategic moves by key market players shaping the sector’s evolution.
10EQS found that the Saudi dairymarket is dominated by a few vertically integrated local players with strong control over production, logistics, and distribution. While these incumbents benefit from cost efficiencies, subsidies, and scale, competition is shifting toward premiumization, value-added products, and localized innovation.
