The objective was to provide and recommend business model(s) and price point(s) for our client’s cloud-enabled software solution across market segments.
10EQS assessed the competitive landscape as well as customer needs and preferences regarding OS runtime software solutions, with a focus on the automotive and industrial verticals, and public versus private cloud. For each segment, 10EQS assessed pricing variables such as frequency, volumes, features, and discounting.
10EQS defined recommendations for the client’s pricing model across the two target verticals, including which customer profiles they should target with each pricing structure.
