AI Scribing Software Workflow Assessmentand Opportunity Analysis

Situation

Our client wanted to explore the use of AI scribing solutions in pediatric rehabilitation clinics to guide their product development roadmap.

Objective

The objective was to evaluate how pediatric therapists use and perceive AI scribing tools, and to identify workflow models, note types, and adoption barriers. Insights were intended to support feature prioritization and differentiation in the pediatric therapy market.

Our Work

10EQS conducted interviews with pediatric focused clinics using competitive AI scribing solutions to assess documentation pain points, workflow preferences, and competitive usage trends. Complementary secondary research benchmarked existing pediatric EMR and AI solutions to identify gaps in customization and clinical accuracy.
