Our client wanted to explore the use of AI scribing solutions in pediatric rehabilitation clinics to guide their product development roadmap.
The objective was to evaluate how pediatric therapists use and perceive AI scribing tools, and to identify workflow models, note types, and adoption barriers. Insights were intended to support feature prioritization and differentiation in the pediatric therapy market.
10EQS conducted interviews with pediatric focused clinics using competitive AI scribing solutions to assess documentation pain points, workflow preferences, and competitive usage trends. Complementary secondary research benchmarked existing pediatric EMR and AI solutions to identify gaps in customization and clinical accuracy.
10EQS found that AI scribing adoption in pediatrics is growing but is challenged by accuracy and workflow fit. Therapists preferred voice dictation after sessions and highlighted evaluation and progress notes as the most valuable for automation, presenting a potential opportunity for differentiation.
