Assessing Expansion Potential for Revenue Intelligence Platforms in Non-Tech Verticals

Situation

Our client wanted to identify non-tech growth opportunities for its AI-powered revenue intelligence platform as part of a strategic market expansion initiative.

Objective

The objective was to identify high-growth potential, map core commercial buyer personas, and evaluate deployment gatekeepers within non-tech sectors from the lens of revenue operations and sales leaders.

Our Work

10EQS conducted in-depth interviews with prospective buyers and commercial operations executives across financial services, healthcare, and logistics sectors. The study assessed the market pressures and structural data limitations of prospective verticals and mapped key drivers of sub-vertical eligibility via a qualitative multi-criteria assessment and a 3-Gate filtering framework.
