An Assessment of How Technology Enables Enterprise-Wide Transformations

Our client wanted to better understand organizational transformation initiatives enabled by digital capabilities and technology.

The objective was to gather insights on organizational transformation enabled by digital technology across industries and regions to support the client’s thought leadership initiative.

10EQS interviewed 20 C-suite executives at large enterprises across a variety of industries and regions on a global scale to assess transformation programs looking at both the business and IT perspective. 10EQS explored what those companies have done as it relates to transformations, what went wrong/roadblocks, what they learned, and what their recommendations are to peers. 10EQS further assessed the use cases for Gen-AI as it may or may not relate to those transformations.
