Situation
Our client was seeking to assess customer perceptions and strategic positioning of potential acquisition targets in the industrial sector and in the ERP & CRM space in Canada.
Objective
The goal was to better understand customer satisfaction, pricing sensitivity, and broader market dynamics, including the potential impact of tariffs and competitive shifts to inform the client’s investment thesis and post-acquisition value-creation strategy.
