The client wanted to identify the target segment and customer journey and the related marketing initiatives involved in the sale of the competitor’s wireless Bluetooth speakers.
Based on insights from interviews with industry experts, we identified the paths in the customer journey and provided detail on the media and initiatives used at each step.
