The client was looking to update its technology vision and technology strategy. With the growing adoption of AI technologies across industries, the client aimed to assess how organizations are addressing risks related to security, transparency, and governance of AI systems, particularly understanding the global outlook for the next five years.
Objective
The objective was to evaluate the current landscape of AI trust and security practices, tools, frameworks, and standards, and to identify key challenges, capability gaps, and areas of innovation.
