Prior to joining 10EQS she worked at N26 as a Recruitment Business Partner for a wide range of profiles, including tech, operations, growth, business, finance, legal, and banking. Additionally, she gained valuable expertise in IT consultancies during her tenure at Cognizant, specializing in Tech and IT recruitment.
Ana holds a Bachelor Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, Spain, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership.
