As a Client Relationship Manager at 10EQS, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships in the Middle East region. Your role will be crucial in ensuring overall client satisfaction, managing key accounts, and driving business growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Middle East, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns.
- Understand client objectives and develop strategies to support their corporate strategy initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality and tailored solutions to clients.
- Identify opportunities for expanding business within existing accounts and develop account growth plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and enhance value propositions.
- Engage in contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing discussions with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate strategy initiatives and experience in delivering tailored solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to identify business opportunities within existing client accounts and develop account growth strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Flexibility to travel within the Middle East region as required.
